کانادا همه ساله پلان یا برنامه‌ی خود برای پذیرش تعدادی از مهاجرین را اعلام میکند. این برنامه تنها برنامه‌ی کاری و دورنمای وزارت مهاجرین کانادا برای سه سال آینده‌ی کانادا است که برای کارهای این وزارت اهداف تعیین می کند.
آیا این برنامه، کتگوری جدید مهاجرت به کانادا است؟
نخیر. این برنامه تنها اهداف کاری وزارت مهاجرین کانادا را برای سه سال آینده تعیین میکند و کتگوری جدید مهاجرت نیست.
کی ها واجد شرایط این برنامه می شوند؟
طرح پذیرش مهاجرین، برنامه‌ی جدید مهاجرتی نیست. شرایط و معیار ها برای تمامی برنامه های مهاجرتی که قبلاً وجود داشتند، برجا هستند. در برنامه ها یا کتگوری های مهاجرتی در کُل تغییری نیامده است؛ از اینرو، مواظب باشید، فریب شرکت های مهاجرتی استفاده جو را نخورید.
با اعلام این برنامه‌ی سه ساله، آیا احتمال دارد معیار های واجد شرایط شدن در برنامه ها یا کتگوری های مهاجرت به کانادا تغییر کند؟
بلی، کانادا پیوسته قوانین، مقرره ها و معیارهای مربوط به مهاجرت به این کشور را جهت بهبود برنامه های مهاجرتی کانادا تغییر میدهد و یا بهتر می سازد. اما این تغییرات در معیار ها، مقرره ها و پالیسی های ملی در اعلامیه های جداگانه در مورد کتگوری های مشخص مهاجرت روی وبسایت وزارت مهاجرین کانادا نشر می شوند. برنامه‌ی سه ساله وزارت در مورد پذیرش مهاجرین تنها برنامه‌ی کاری وزارت است، کتگوری جدید مهاجرتی نیست.
چرا کانادا یک میلیون مهاجر را می پذیرد؟
اقتصاد کانادا، بر اساس گزارش ها، سریع ترین رشد را پس از کوید ۱۹ داشته است. این رشد سریع، سبب شده است کانادا به قلت ِ کارگر در پُست ها و موقف های مختلف مواجه شود و مهاجرت یگانه منبع تامین کارگر برای بازار کار کانادا است. از اینرو، وزارت مهاجرین کانادا در نظر دارد تا برای تامین نیروی کار ماهر و مسلکی، در سه سال آینده بیشتر از یک میلیون مهاجر را بپذیرد. وزارت مهاجرین کانادا اهداف خود را برای پذیرش حدود ۴۶۵ هزار نفر در سال ۲۰۲۳، حدود ۴۸۵ هزار نفر در سال ۲۰۲۴، و حدود ۵۰۰ هزار نفر در سال ۲۰۲۵ مشخص ساخت. کانادا در سال ۲۰۲۲ حدود ۴۰۵ هزار مهاجر را پذیرفت.
کانادا بیشتر علاقمند پذیرش کدام کتگوری مهاجرت است؟
حدود ۶۰ فیصد مهاجرین جدیدی را که قرار است در سه سال آینده برای اقامت دایمی کانادا پذیرفته شوند مهاجرین کتگوری اقصادی تشکیل میدهد. این کتگوری شامل کارگران ماهر و سرمایه گذارانی که تحصیل یافته اند و به زبان انگلیسی یا فرانسوی صحبت می توانند می گردد که سبب رشد مجدد اقتصاد آسیب دیده‌ی این کشور می شوند. حدود ۴۰ فیصد باقی مانده را کتگوری های دیگر به شمول اسپانسرشپ خانواده و پناهنده گان تشکیل میدهد.
